A link shows only that post. It lasts 14 days, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The client's name and comments appear in the post's conversation, so your team sees them alongside everything else.
An edit needs a fresh look
If the post changes after the client opens the link, their earlier view no longer counts. Approval never publishes a post by itself.
